The authors study the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and Human Resource Management (HRM), employing a systematic literature review and the PRISMA statement to ensure reliable findings and minimize bias.

The findings center on critical areas such as AI and Talent, AI Bias, Ethics and Law, and their impact on HR management, highlighting organizations' recognition of the importance of talent management in gaining a competitive edge amid increasing demand for higher-level skills.

The authors conclude that although some HR managers have adopted AI technology for talent acquisition, there is room for improvement, aligning with previous research acknowledging AI's potential to transform HR management.
